I respectfully request permission for the Most Holy Principality of Roania to join SATO. I understand that this may be a tad unorthodox, since New Rohan is in the Pacific, but I feel that it is in the best interests of the alliance and Roania to unite.

Roania's goals and SATO's goals are so often one and the same, that we might as well be a member of SATO. I have the full support of the Prince and Council in this matter. (Though the Prince seemed slightly scared when I suggested he meet with you himself... funny, that.) I will accept whatever decision you make in regards to this.
