You have got to be kidding me. Your region is pathetic. And your nation is barely older then mine, so don't talk.
Once again, if any empire would like to join and help build a STRONG region, then check out the Imperial Alliance.

That name is now ours for historical purposes-please change your alliances name, as we would like to preserve the memory of our former alliance.

I apologize for not properly contacting you about recreating The Imperial Alliance, but I did not know there was one. Also due to the fact that this is a game, you cannot copyright regions and then tell other nations what they can and can't do, so my nation will continue to serve the Imperial Alliance until the bitter end.

Hm… actually, you’d be amazed what you can and can’t do in this “game”… seeing as it is ruled by the mob you may find that Imperial Navy is not pleased with you giving his former alliance a bad reputation and he may want to set the record straight… in game terms he can do this with ease as his nation is a lot bigger…
