The city on the coast, with the name sorta obscured by the coastline, is Kivaj Rekhai, which is (on paper, at least), the capital, but the Citadels (the other six cities) don't obey anything coming out of there.

Moi? *LOL* (But if you've got a good map editor there, why not use it?) Civ rocks!
Our region - Urbanites (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=urbanites) - has a few Civ fans apart from me. In fact, I suspect a good number of NS nations play Civ, we probably wouldn't all fit into one region! :)
