President William A. Sherman:
"We believe it is time to look to the stars. We believe that our budget allow us to enter into space. By using the budget from our colony of Austarvia, we can afford a $3 Trillion space-program. So in light of this, we are looking to buy a space program for our military, so if there are any contractors out there, offers would be appreciated."

The transmission, while, interesting, will not reach the Federation of Eridania for another 3 million years. Interesting, however, our roleplaying ability has been a bit hindered by the fact that we are in the Andromeda Galaxy.
Oh wait... you're modern tech... heh heh... silly me...

We are moving from modern-tech now to more modern/future-tech.
By the time you get the transmission, we will probably be already in your galaxy.

Here is what we're looking for:
A space-system that enhances our earth-tech. Eg: The ability to transport things in space. The ability to fire missiles from space. etc etc.
A 3 trillion dollar space program, 300 billion dollars earmarked for purchase of WMD, one wonders where you get the money....

Well, here is how I pay for them. You will note that if you looked up the numbers, I can afford more.
I have $600 Billion surplus from my national military budget. Look up my military stats. Out of that I am spending $300 Billion or so on WMD's.
I have explained that the budget of my colony of Austarvia will be used to fund the space-program. If you look at the total GDP stats for my colony of Austarvia, I have a $3.6 Trillion military budget. Out of that, $3 Trillion is being spent on the space-program. If you looked it all up, you will find that i am correct.

Not really. I'm claiming the space program under Austarvia not the Austar Union. When you think about it, it is a pretty realistic situation. But, if you think that it is godmodding, then I dont want to do that. i will be abandoning the space-program.
