How many puppets do you have?

What do you use them for?

Personally I have roughly 175 puppets.

I use them for watching regions, parodie nations, growing for custom titles, and create regions with semi-IC themes and IRL names. (I intend to put on some"puppet shows" with my puppets when they get a bit older).

How the hell do you remember them all. I have trouble with my 19 :shock:

I have 20 nations overall...don't reccommend that to anyone.

I can never rememeber them all at once. I have most of them entered in a dossier of a puppet I created to keep track of them, but even so they hsve a tendency to die. (Yesterday, for instance I had about 2 dozen die, so I went out and created another dozen, and asked for the two that were among my oldest to be revived.)

I have 15 puppets with two issues per day each. About three or four are used for in-game activities, the rest are just to test stats and issue effects.

I have both a text file with all my puppets in it, and 14 of them in the 15th's dossier. It isn't at all difficult - but that's no where near 175!

I have three puppets. one is very rarely, if ever, on the forum: Cypherland. I use Konoha Village second to this one, and NeoTokyo II third. I plan to use these two puppets for an RP that I'm formulating, someday.

I have two "Bobsylvania" puppet nations. One of them is a UN puppet, and the other one is for spying on and annoying other regions.

I have three colonies, one UN nation, two main nations, and 2 spies.

I have Phoebos's NS Portal, so thankfully I don't even have to remember the nation names or passes because they are all stored.

I have three "puppets", though ICly none of them are owned by this nation. One represents a former colony in the same region as this nation, one acts as my representative in another region, and I was doing something with the third, though a lack of RL time is ending that -- I don't know what I'll do with it now.

I control 15 nations.

Goobergunchia is used for obvious purposes (RP, DU Foundership, UN, etc.).

Terminated California monitors the RR.

-The Prophet- is used for communication with UNAOTO allies.

The other 12 are secret and used for intelligence purposes on other regions.

Hm... I would like to note the following nations...

Iuthia: My main nation, very large and well... lots of background now I've reached 1300 posts...

Free Iuthia: Puppet nation, next to Iuthia and well... isn't really involved with Iuthia at all after it declared independance. Now they are closely linked but they do pretty much nothing for one another as they are politically oppossed. Both are independant and both will screw the other other if they had the chance.

The Flame Drake Zoltan: Not my nation, but a friends, I just do all the RPing... they won't ever fight Iuthia or even get involved with Iuthia... but they are techniqually a puppet.

Commujismm: Deleted nation after mods saw the name... which is a shame because the few posts I made were pretty good and not at all offencive... I just wanted to RP a dumb communist nation...

Yeah... I like that too, I also liked the silly nation quote "Commujismm, for when socialjism isn't enough."

Sigh... I think I was in a funny mood at the time and after it got deleted I guess I didn't really feel like creating something less... blue so I could RP the aid we were recieving...


Damn... I didn't even get to RP my terrible military losses I had planned, I mean can you imagine someone RPing a n00b unrealistic army where only half the men carried guns (AKs) and the rest carried spare ammo? Then they died because of lack of support and finding out that their guns doubled as entrenching tools.

Then when they finally get annexed by some capitaljist nation they would still be RPed by me but instead I would answer to them... forever sucking up funds because of the poor infastructure put in place, I would make a point of having them as a hinderance and not an asset... unless they made it work with damn good RP...

sigh... I can only dream, anyways... I don't have the will to RP all that right now.

i used to have two nations, Llamaslovakia and Llamaslovakiania... but then there was a military takeover in Llamaslovkia and refugees flooded into Llamaslovakiania... then there was a revolution in Llamaslovakia and now both nations merged into New Llamslovakia.

Aside from this one I have seven other nations.

Why does he have to name then differently? After all, Iuthia and Free Iuthia are two different nations with very good reasons for being named for what they are... Free Iuthia is completely different when it comes to political views (they can vote for a start) but they are still the same people deep down...

Two of my puppets are Steel Isle and Steel Moon...

Eniqcir is my main future-tech nation, The Snel Race is an alien nation, Spacer Guilds is a post-humanist nation, First Races is a nation for RP-purposes only (like Scolo's S-14), and Cygan is to keep watch on The Planet Mars region, and will become a RP tool eventually. The half is The Rulls, which should be a friend's, except that he doesn't get on much....

I have 26 Nations.

I RP'd with all of them separately

They belonged to different alliances, different kinds of RP (some fantasy, some modern, some future, some space), and in many many different regions.

No one suspected a thing.

I have 9 nations, though this is the only one I've done much with. The puppets were originally created for a huge war, which died when the friend I wanted to take care of one had to quit. Now I have 8 other nations from 550-1350 million, with nothing below a powerhouse economy, and nothing to do with them right now. Soooo . . .

Look for A Treasury of Great Science Fiction (vol 1) edited by Anthony Boucher. It is a very enjoyable anthology of some great then uncollected (it was published in 1959) SF stories of the 50's. I doubt that it is still in print, but its worth searching ebay for.

I have about 15 nations. Some of them are for RP (such as this one- my powerful, evil character), some for having in regions, some for interesting policies etc, and one in the UN.

I have two nations. This one and one I only use when I feel evil (not often) I have had others (Bubba Shentavo being my favorite) but I let them die.

Had one puppet but I let it die. Someone gave me a nation so now I use it strictly for mocking purposes. In fact, it is my Instrument of Mockery (TM).

I have about 5...New Tersanctus and Old Tersanctus..though if you cant figure out those are mine, you probably shouldnt be playing this game..I also have City of Libria which is based on the Movie Equilibrium, and The Sanctus Empire which is the Ancestor Nation to Tersanctus, which will be used in an Upcoming Major RP. All the best RPers will be on it, so keep an eye out (Shameless Plug).

Other than that..I have a couple here and there that I dont use for any purpose that will probably die soon.

Nope, I was Bubba Shentavo, the first of the Shentavo clones. I think Slag has admitted to being the Shentavo cat. :)

i have 1 Main Nation, and 4 Puppets, the Puppets prity much do nothing, just there to make up my region ( The Nation of Hard_Cheese in my region is a friend from school ).

I have three puppets. One is used for an alternate theme, one for a kind of background history of my primary, and the last one I created to help a friend sign up.

Good point, RPers don't really need them unless you play different techs.

They are quite fun to screw around with though.

I play in-game rather than RP so mainly theyre spying, sleeping, representing me in other regions.

I have a nation that's a misspelling of Nianacio (but nobody's spelled Nianacio as Niancio since then, so it's been wasted). If anybody wants to mock me, feel free to try to steal it. :lol:
I also have a psychotic dictatorship :twisted: that I actually first made to see how a certain someone would react to a psychotic dictatorship threatening to destroy the region.
I have another nation that for the most part is medieval tech that almost nobody ever pays attention to, so I never RP with it. I actually made that nation during the MagicChina 'witch hunt' to see what it was like to be accused of being MC, but my spelling was too good for anyone to seriously consider me as the latest nation of MagicChina.

I had a few IC parody nations before, but I let them die.
There was a nation that kept getting deleted and coming back with a number on the end of the name (one higher each time), so I ruined the order and made the next nation in line to be made. It turned into a fad, but the mods got tired of people coming into the thread where I first posted on that nation and saying, "Guess who I really am?"
I made a nation called Godmoders, but the password was so easy I forgot it (does that make sense?).

Wow, some lightweights. Really, I don't suggest having tons of puppets, but as an effective invader I have likely created somewhere near 100 puppets, though most of these have deleted. It may be less then this, just a guess.

I have five puppets and plan to have more, since I am using these to simulate fictional nations in a world I am working on. I am currently using two to RP, though they haven't directly interacted - just coincidentally, the two in a cold war.

3 puppets.

1) Eternal Wretchengard: I used it to post for this nation when it wasn't working.

2) Adonolus: Reserved for those rare moments when I feel like playing the good guy.

3) Syllethin: Posted on the forums by accident with it once. I've got some ideas of what to use it for though...

I've got this one, and I've got 6 and one near-dead one, so 7 puppets.

I think that I have around 200 now with all of my expendable puppets from the experiments I ran.

i lile making flags for them, making their issues when i'm bored (usually takes a few hours), and i keep them in my puppet regions ;)

ALthough I did have like 2 dozen die yesterday, so I I might be a bit lower. I was well ovr 200 before that point though . . .

Some of them are leftover experiments, some of them are founders of regions which I hope that people will stumble across, some are parodies, some I try to get Easter Eggs on, and some are examples.

well, looked in my list of nations (i have a word document, with all my nations, added hyperlinks to them, if they're founder of a region (with a hyperlink to that region) and which one is in the un.

these are my regions:

I have two puppets, when the second one gets somewhere I'll start a third. I don't know what my plans for them are yet, but I'll get something along the way 8)

How do you RPers get along with such miniscule numbers of puppets? :P
