Princess Li-Pin Mao, the heir to the Imperial Communist Throne of the Maoist Communist Empire of Perfect China had learned much since the early times of her childhood when she had been adopted by Nah Tan Mao, then the President of Perfect China who now ruled as it's Empress. Li-Pin had been crafted and molded by her "mother" to understand all of the components of Leadership and Government, but what Empress Nah had not explained to her daughter about the kind of government that really ruled Perfect China Li-Pin had learned about on her own and she was repulsed by it.

It was time for a true government that had the interests of the People at heart rather than a government that no longer even obeyed the most basic principles that it spawned from. Li-Pin had been working in total secret to gain the loyalty of the army and she had several generals in her pocket already. It had been over 6 years since she had begun her own personal rebellion against her adopted mother, now at the age of 28 Li-Pin almost had the board set the way she needed it. Li-Pin just needed one more component to craft her mother's downfall, an excuse.

Nah Tan Mao, Empress of Perfect China and the Sole Ruler of the People's New Imperial Communist Party looked upon the sight of the Forbidden City in the light of the dawn from her patio as she ate breakfast. This place where countless Emperors and Empresses had ruled China for hundreds of years was truly the home for the descendants of her father, Mao Tse-Tung. First Nah glanced at her bodyguards, then she took the first bite out of her breakfast (a small bowl of cooked white rice with brown sugar). Nah then sighed in pleasure, it just couldn't get better than this...

A few Minutes Later:

The bodyguards looked at the body of the now dead Empress, the poison had done it's work, the bitch had not felt a thing which was what Li-Pin had ordered, they didn't like it but they were loyal to Li-Pin so they obeyed. Shang Tun then made the call to inform the new ruler that her mother was dead.

Li-Pin heard the news from her most trusted aide, Puian Hun-Tu, "Milady, I wish to tell you that the Empress is dead, just as you wanted." Li-Pin then smiled and said, "Perfect, are my mother's pet Generals dead?" "All but one but we are dealing with him." was the answer. "I am going to announce my rise to the seat of power now." Li-Pin said as she made a call.

Half-An-Hour Later

[Li-Pin stood in front of the podium, she was wearing a simple white cotton robe and sandals covered in Chairman Mao pins on the front of the robes]

"I have this announcement to make to the People of Perfect China, earlier this morning my mother was found to of died of a heart attack. As you know I am the heir to the Imperial Seat in the Forbidden City... But I here and now announce the end of both Imperialism and Communism in Perfect China. I will only rule Perfect China with Emergency powers until elections for a better government can be created. Using my powers I announce the following.

The total and complete disban of the People's Now Imperial Communist Party.

The Eternal ban of Communism in all it's forms in Perfect China.

The Eternal disban of the Monarchy in Perfect China.

The restoration of Religious Freedom in Perfect China.

The renaming of Perfect China's Armed Forces, they are now theNational Army.

Thank you for your time and note that the nation is now under Marshall Law to enforce these announcements from your Temporary President.

The Peopel's Republic of Crosshil dose not recognise the terrorist regime of the evil dictator Li-Pin Mao. We will arm and train all anti-royalist forces through out Perfect China. Mallberta will be preparing troops on our Border (and consequently your own northern borders) in preperation for the chaos certain to follow such a heedless act. The masses cannot rule themselves; do we let the kidney direct the body's action? Any instability will lead to immediate occupation of the Northern most provinces; any other foreign holdings will, of course, be left sovereign.

We insist on the number of observers we provided earlyer. If you don't want them to have millitary backgrounds PC must provide accomodation for them for the duration of the elections at its own cost. We also insist that the monarchy must be abolished and PC transformed into a republic.

Given further consideraton, Mallberta no longer recognizes the Government of Perfect China as Sovereign. It is clear that this leadership is not only incompetent to the extreme, but presents a serious danger to not only Mallbertan assets, but to the entire region. As such, we are launching a campaign to neutralize and replace this insane regime, and replacing it with a more stable, effective and representative government. We will create this government only with the consent and aid of other members; Chinese holdings will NOT become solely under Mallbertan Rule.

If the present government and military leaders do not forfeit control within the next 12 hours, we will begin preliminary strikes.
