Dear friends around the world! We wish to now state that The Arab Republic of Saddaam has now formed the official Nationstates Baath Arab Socialist Party(BASP). We now wish to invite nations who are currently controlled by a Baath government or share similar views with the Baath party to the new region of ‘Baath Arab Socialist States’. Here we will all work together to make Arab socialism work! If you are interested in joining and becoming an influential member of the ever-expanding BASP, by all means move to our region.

Perfect. Now, here's my suggestion. If anyone attacks you, I am obliged by this treaty to defend your country, and vice versa. The treaty, though, does not oblige me to attack any other countries you might be in conflict with, just to defend yours. We will have exchanges of top soldiers for periods of up to a year, in which they will be trained in the style of the host military. We will share intelligence. That is my alliance; any suggestions?
