"Today, the merger between Monarch Automobiles and Mercedes-Benz has been finalized by the government. While Monarch Automobiles won't contribute much model wise anmore, since the models will still be all Benz models, they will get their leading reps into leadership positions at M-B. That being said, it's more or less a Mercedes buyout of MA, with a new MA CEO/President. Mercedes-Benz is now under the control of Steel Butterfly business.
