In the orbit around Jupiter, on the satellite of Io, the Nation of Phyrric is constructing another Battle Station for the security, communications, system control, and transportation for the shake and bake colony that was placed on Io what seemed ages ago.
The schematics will be totally identical to Epirus I:

The reason for the placement of this Battle Station has been under contest and dispute until recently when the spread of Phyrric influence and security was in need for looking into. The typical SDI and Def-sat formation will accompany the Battle Station.
The citizens of Io that share the satellite with the Nation of Phyrric shall have no need of fear or concern. The benefits of the Battle Station is open to utilization by Nations occupying Io unless reason dictate that shall no longer be the case.
We welcome trade, commerce and profits to flow from this addition to the system that makes Io possible, safe and prosperous. As always, the Station is open to all UNAOTO members as an outpost for transportation, tourism, and communications.
