I am new and a nation has just joined the private region that I belong to, without the password, claiming to be a "wildcard." Can anyone confirm the legitimacy of this claim, so we know that we don't have black market pirates in our region? I have a slight suspicion that it is a lie, as I am only going by the word of the founder and the perpetrator himself.
