Whittier is debating whether to invade Canales__. Cause they are the most corrupt nation in the region.
And they claim to the holiest.
We might attack them for this cause we don't like hypocrites.

Seems like rather weak justification for war. Also, it sounds like an unecessary cost in finances.
Personally, I wouldn't bother... people can do whatever they want in their nation as long as they leave me alone.
