I'm a noob
I am a noob. I'll admit it. I understand how to run my country, and how to determine my budget and gdp. However, I don't understand how I actually pay for things such as countries that I would bid on. Could someone help me out here?

that's good advice, also, don't worry to much about being perfect, people will give you tips or suggestions on how to make your RP more realistic, and soon, you'll be good at it.

the best say is to say'the money has been wired' in a thread, but there is no way you actuclly send the money, its all pretend, but you can use the rifles, etc,etc in role playing wars
