In response to a recent international study showing the West Moon government to be the most corrupt on Earth's Moon, the President has suspended the Constitution, banned Parliament, and sent in the army for the purpose of engaging in a bloody purge.
All persons suspected or simply accused of taking bribes are being rounded up and shot on the street. They will not be given the benefit of fair trials as such trials are only for those who obey the law and have total loyalty to the government.
