Subject: Offer of Arms Trade
We at the United States of the Necropublican Cabal realize how hard it is for newer and poorer nations to afford the arms and expertise to properly defend themselves from their neighbors. As a world leading's arms manufacturer we feel it is our obligation to help protect the national sovereignty of our neighbors all over the world. If you have a burgeoning military, or wish to uprgrade aging systems but are low on hard currency we are willing to trade small arms, light armored vehicles, rockets, anti-personel and anti-armor mines for raw materials, manufactured goods and other forms of frozen capital. More specialized arms and training assitance available on a nation by nation basis.
OOC: Despite the name, the United States of Necropublican Cabal is not a fantasy nation, and is based on current technology levels, if just a bit tongue in cheek.
