This land mine issue is a big problem. If anyone knows who still uses landmines please give me the name of there nation. So I can consult with them. But if they do not co-operate with UN regulations about land mines being not legal than I will send many UN troops to there nation and I will end the land mines from ever making it out of the assembly lines. PLEASE TELL ME WHOMEVER STILL USES LAND MINES!!!!!!!!!!

And what if one isn't in the UN and dosn't comply with UN regulations? In fact, flagrantly violates them by researching newer and ever deadlier kinds of mines? Not only that, is a whole hell of a lot bigger than you?

I use 'em. It's the only way to stop those damn kids from running all over my flower garden. Three went of last week, three. Those kids just never learn. I'm also trying to convince the local Neighborhood Watch to place them around all of our trees to stop dogs fouling against them. So far the only complaint I've had is that they might make the place too noisy.

OOC: *hysterical laughter*

IC:

Pantera uses landmines, though most of us frown on their use, preferring to destroy an enemy with our own hands.

The thought that you, the UN, or any of its lapdogs could force the Reavers to do anything is foolish, almost to the point of obscene.

Were I you, I would keep my threats to myself.

we use SOME landmines in our operations, but we map where they are placed and put the map in a secure VALT where they are safe from enemy's.

We have these nifty litte ones that pop up to assumed knee level, and explode outwards from the center of the mine. Hard to fight a war when your troops have no legs.

Which sucks even more if their army is made up of dwarfs.

I never thought of that... If anyone is wondering what these mines are like, if you've ever played Turok II, its like those. Except the sensor wave isn't visible.
