the romulen governemnt is requesting to begin building a Valdore Cruiser to supplement our fleet, but given the agreement reached with the jitanese and klingon empires we require your permission to do so, so can i?

it's all right by me, and since this is a democratic alliance with two votes for and one free it'll pass so go ahead, but you will be monitored closely

The UND: we haven't built any yet, but as soon as we have enough built to sell some we'll let you know

the prototype Valdore is 50% complete, looks like it will be an excellent vessel for the romulen military

whoa! i wasn't consulted about this, i thought that our treaty thing said he couldn't build anymore without express permission from both parties! don't i get any word in this?

the Valdore cruiser is finished all specifications have been met, if the shakedown cruise goes well we should be producing more if allowed
