Today, the Whittier Politburu took the step of drafting a new constitution for the United Socialist States of Whittier.
Whittier has been without a constitution since the collapse of the government during the crises immediately following the civil war.
Secretary General Brezhnekov has been ruling by decree.
It is unknown what form the new constitution will take, but what we do know is the old constitution mandated hostile relations with many nations around the world on the basis of ideology and other disagreements.
