I see it, but we're Catholics.
I notice your thread. Too bad I'm Christian.
I wish to attend the conference....

We look forward to your attendance.
OOC: Please rp your arrival.
OOC : Of course....
Any chance of knowing when the conference will be and what the agenda is?
I wish to attend, although I am not Buddhist, taoist, or hindu I wish to learn. I pray you accept this humble student.

OOC: The agenda for the first part of the conference will esentially be meet and greet. The Buddhist, Taoist, and Hindu nations of NS are small in number and relatively unknown to one another (before you posted your region, I knew of 1 other for sure, but suspect more). The remainder of the conference will be focused on addressing issues that the representatives bring forth.

All those seeking wisdom shall be welcome.
I should note for those who are not Buddhist, Taoist, or Hindu, you are certainly welcome to send observers.
If I may add my humble opinion, I think observers should have the right to speak and ask questions, and even bring forth cases that the conference should consider...
I am all for outside view on our opinions and beliefs...

That would certainly be acceptable.
Greetings,
Though the Democratic Republic of Catatopia is non-denominational, we wish to express our friendship and goodwill towards your nation with a gift of a six foot tall Catatopian Maple.
Please accept this tree with our kindest regards.

Penglai’s Buddhist and Taoist leadership committees will send representatives to this international conference, and request permission for the Confucianism and Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) representatives to attend as well.
About 10% of Iuthian are Buddhist, or at least follow their way of way. So I suppose we could send you someone who is highly respected within the community...
OOC:I only know a very small amount about Buddhist's but I generally like their outlook on life, it's why Iuthia has more Buddhists then it has Christans and Moslems combined... but I wouldn't know more about them then your average stereo type, which isn't really a good thing.

Iuthia: You are certainly welocome.
OOC: Have no fear of offending. :)
Penglai: You are most welcome. We had not thought that there were any Confucian or Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) in the NS universe, so did not think to include those. We apologise.
Catatopia: We thank you for your gift. You are most certainly welcome to attend if you wish.

If this is all, we should start soon. Can everyone arrive in the next few days?
Our delegates are ready to travel, and looking forward to the conference. While the agenda seems open-ended, our delegates will forward several issues to conference for debate: Globalization’s Effect on Spiritualism and Faith (how to encourage faith and morality in a rapidly changing world obsess with economic growth); Hope, Peace and Harmony in a Balkanized World (promoting our universality and interconnections over our nationalities and ethnicities); and Promotion of Foundationalism (all religions hold the same universal truths - once their dogma, doctrines and cultural characteristics are removed – what are these common core values and how do we promote them to the world as a collective voice).
