Man To Be Executed For Repeated Distubance Charges
Mark Clayms was sentenced to death today by his local court. He has been charged with felony public disbturbance. His community enacted a law witch prohibited turning your bass in your stereo system up to "a universally regarded unacceptable level". Local police had been called to his apartment complex at all hours of the night many times for his playing of his rap music at lound volumes. They eventually put him in jail for 30 days, fined him a large sum, and confiscated his sound system and collection of music. He was released on probation after his 30 day jail term. He agreed to the terms of his probation which cleary stated that if he was charged with the crime again within 3 years he would go to trial for first degree public disturbance, a crime usually reserved for terrorists and crazed gunmen. Today after being arrested again he was given a trial in which he was judged by members of his community. They reached a verdict in 32 minutes. He is scheduled to be executed by firing squad this Friday at 9:00 A.M.

The Vortex Corporation has passed a new law stating that Chanistari that are dressed in "a universally regarded unacceptable level" will be shot on sight. Judgment may be made by ano person carrying a sidearm or any other object that is considered lethal.

::A C-1B Flies into Channistar at low level and just under Mach 1 from CoC and drops off 20 paratroopers around the prison armed with M-8 Assault rifles who storm the prison look for Mark Clayms, and rescue him. Shortly after 2 MH-73 Night Owl Stealth Medium Transport Helo's land just outside the prison take on the soldiers and Mark then fly back out to just off Channistar to the Awaiting Silencer Submarine where the helicopters are stowed in the hangar and the sub submerges and heads back for CoC. The Whole operation took about 1 hour.::
Judging by your law system, this kind of execution must be pretty common. 8)

IC: Surely your nation must feel proud to have kidnapped such a high-profile prisoner from a local jail with minimal security. Althought not an everyday thing, sentences like Mr. Clayms are routinely handed down throughout Chanistar and there is no way you could stop all death sentences in the nation from being carried out. We regard your act as a hostile action and an infringement on our sovereignty. We appeal to the international community to punish your nation for it's violation of our rights. Any future military incursions into Chanistar will be regarded as an act of war.
