Hello comrades. I am the dictator of the Federation of the Russian KGBs Joseph Stalin II. I adress you this evening to ask for a region change. I know that there are many Russian regions out there but i would like to know if I could possibly join one. If you are intrested please post the name of the region and a little info about it as well.
