-I've been thinking...thinking that extremists, fighting for their cause, are too many times labeled as "heartless terrorists". We ARE NOT! We are fighting for our cause,whatever it may be.WE FIGHT FOR THE CAUSE. And now, to the point. I have created the Order of the Viper for all extremist nations to band together...Not share one anothers's beliefs, but to support each other and strike back if some tinpot liberal democracy tries to invade.SO JOIN THE VIPER,BROTHERS!-

So, anyways, straight to the point. I have created this order for extremist, but ONLY extremist nations,such as myself,to "band together". Who said we're justifying killing civilians? We are not! Just to let you know, we haven't detonated even one bomb thats has injured civilians. All of our target have been military.

NONE attacks have been purposely on civilians. Car bombs? How pathetic is that? Stooping so low as to THAT! We do use sniper tactics,guerrilla warfare and hit'n'tun attacks. We couldn't survive without them,but BOMBING CIVILIANS? Thats just...wrong.
