We congratulate our UNAOTO allies on their wise decision to established a permanent expeditionary force. We, too, have such a force in the peace corps.

While we are a pacifist nation and have little military expertise, our nations weapons industry is a healthy exporter. In particular, I believe that we could broker a healthy deal for the sale of Eurofighters to Terra Malus. Knootian corporations also have some expertise in military information technology, in particular the use of supercomputers to make military logistics more efficient.

A. 450 thousand armed forces personnel will henceforth be obligated to train and perform will alliance armed forces. This will be an extention of the standing active duty personnel curreently serving our great nation.

B. An annual budget og 150 billion amc is granted to fund this project and pay for any and all expecses related to training, promoting, and maintaining this new branch of the military, hence known as Alliance.

C. The Battle Station Epirus I is now under this command. Drop ship and orbital exercises will be controlled from this Base.

Knootian Minister of Defence, after much consideration we have come to the conclusion that the Eurofighter would meet our short and medium-term requirements. We are prepared to offer you a contract for 1,000 of these aircraft over five years. We are also interested in Knootian applications of computer technology, we welcome any information you would be willing to share with us. Please inform us of your terms so we may finalize these agreements.

Mr. Frost and Minister Xiaoping, we apologize but your technology is beyond anything that we have at the moment. We are interested in the AF-11890 stealth bomber, AF-2134 "Orion" stealth fighter, Thunder II MBT, and B-1 Imperium Robotic Main Battle Tank. However, you would have to provide us training in operations and maintenance for these systems.

The Ministry of Finance has also approved a 10 year tax holiday period for defense contractors who will set-up assembly/manufacturing plants in Terra Malus.

General Alexander, we support your nation's efforts. Coordination and inter-operability are essentials that would spell the diffence between victory and defeat in collective UNAOTO action. Not only will Avery Frost Aeronautics provide training for your mechanics and forces , but I will also see to it that the assembly plants for the Orion are that are sold to your nation are in your nation. I like to build local factories to keep cost down and spread the benifits for all.

Due to licensing options owned by the government of Ilek-Vaad the 'Death's Head' sub-orbital bomber can only be produced at our Skunk-Works in Costa-Tula, but we can sell and ship a limited number of them to you.

Friends in Terra Malus, we applaud your decision to create a permanent expeditionary force to aid your UNAOTO allies and would like to do all we can to assist in equipping your force.

The most important element in any army is the infantry. Equipping your infantry with the best armor and firearms is essential. Narvik Advanced Ordinance is fully licensed by Kevlar-Nomex and FN-Browning of Belgium. We currently produce variants of the FN-FAL and FN-Minimi assault rifles and the FN-MAG machine gun. All of our assault rifles are equipped with state of the art targeting computers that increase your infantry's effectiveness by up 500%. They are also mounted with our patented 20mm under barrel grenade launcher. These riles use standard NATO 7.62mm rounds or can use our own caseless rounds to reduce weight.

For body armour we recommend our Kev-Lite armored long-coats. These have a Kevlar rating of level 3 and because of our special light weight carbon fiber construction offer very little hindrance with maximum protection. For your heavy soldiers you can add our Kev-Lite banded hard armor, this adds an additional layer of armour doubling the effectiveness of the long-coat with a small weight gain.

For helmets we only produce the 'Spartan'. It is a partially enclosed helmet with nose, cheek and neck protection. In the event of biological or chemical attack a mask can be snapped onto the helmet literally as fast as your soldier can put his hand to his face.

NAO's targeting compters can also be integrated with battlefield command systems to allow air support, armour support and naval support to not only pin point where friendly forces are and need help, but also let them see what your infantry sees in real-time.

We are also willing to offer you our products in trade. We are currently building the ordinance for Avery Frost Aeronautics 'Sword of Damocles' project. In exchange for suitable testing facilities we would be willing to equip your first 10,000 soldiers for absolutely free.

Knootian military subcontractors have confirmed that they are able to deliver the Eurofighter order if they shift production away from other planes. They assured me that this could be arranged, so you can consider it a deal already.

As for computer technology; we still have three old C.A.E.S.A.R. supercomputers lying around, but we are working on an updated version. We also have an inbetween version that utilises quantum technology though. It can be use to automatise all the military logistics from one central point. Basically the computer can direct all logistics, and it can even give tactical strategic reccomendations and implement them. We could sell it to you at two billion, with a permanent maintainance and replacement licence af a couple of hundredthousand euro's every year.

As perhaps the nation in the world that spends the greatest amount of money per infantry soldier on basic equipment, we'll be happy to help equip your infantry or offer suggestions on basic gear. If I may ask, what is your nation's primary assault rifle?

I would beg to differ, Ilek-Vaad spends nearly 150,000 Dr per infantryman to equip them and we keep them maintained and trained for life. Our infantry are the best equipped and best trained in the world.

As for the supercomputers, we would prefer to purchase the old system to familiarize ourselves with the technology but we would like to be given the option to purchase the upgraded version at a later time.

Copiosa Scotia and Ilek-Vaad, right now our standard rifles are the M16 and M4. But we have found them inadequate for our current requirements. We are sure that there will be room for for two infantry equipment suppliers. Our armed forces have been re-organized to include specialized units, thus the need for specialized equipment. We consider all your offers.

Thank you for your participation. The nation of Terra Malus has decided to increase its involvement in the UNAOTO as a sign of our committment. However, we have realized that based on our current technology level we are not up to par with majority of the international community. We have asked for assistance form fellow UNAOTO nations and they have generously and graciously shared their research and technology with us.

EDIT: oh, and any future eurofighter purchases can be background to RP as long as we are both in the UNAOTO. You can assume us as a willing contractor, as long as the amounts are common-sense and reasonable. (not 300 billion fighters to be delivered in a month. :P )

The M-16 and M-4 are both serviceable assault rifles. The technology for assault rifles have made no great changes in 50 years and any modern assault rifle is likely to be adequate. Breaking the plane the adequacy requires additions to existing rifles.

As I stated before all guns manufactured by NAO come complete with targeting computers and 20mm grenade launchers built-in. This is where the edge is gained, infantry using our rifles do not need to pause to wait for artillery backup, or fumble for night vision goggles or strain their eyes through archaic iron sights, they carry all of that capability in their hands! The computer system immediately tells them the range of their target, it's heat sensors can even spot enemies behind walls. The Ultravision UV capabilities literally turns night into day when your infantry look through the view finder.

When you then add this to the caseless ammunition of our assault rifles you get a stae of the art weapon no heavier than a usual assault rifle, with twice the ammunition capacity in the same size.

If you are attached to your current rifle we could very well adapt our technologies to fit them.
