"CNN Celeborne National News reporter Phillip Rodrigo is live at the the First Speaker's residence where he is attending a news conferance on religious tolerance in Celeborne."

The First Speaker approaches the podium.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we are proud to announce that Celeborne is encourageing the religions of the world to send missionaries to Celeborne. For security reasons we do have the following requests. First we ask that the missionaries make a formal request to the Celeborne immigration office. Second we would like that each missionary have a letter of recomindation from thier church and national leaders. Third, this offer is open to any religion with the following exceptions : any church that advocates living sacrifices, any religion that condones the mistreatment/abuse of other life forms. And finnaly no baptists. We look forward to gaining a better understanding of the religions of the world.
I will take a few questions now."

We welcome Father Ryan O'Connor to Celeborne . If he has trouble securing lodgings with the members of his church already in Celeborne, we will provide suitable housing.

Personal Statement from Premier Bomfy

You're only asking for a whole lot of trouble by accepting missionaries and religion... but then again, it's your nation, so you can screw it up as you wish.

Personal reply to Premier Bomfy :

We understand the difficulties that can arise from opening our borders to the religous element, but we think that it is important to offer the people of Celeborne the oppertunity to see the religions of the world. We do thank you for taking the time to give us this warning.

First Speaker.

While the Holy Republic of Hortulus has not traditionally the resources available to embark upon missionary efforts far over seas, the Pontiff and Court of the Republic intend to follow events in Celeborne, and are hopeful of making an official presence felt at some time in the future.

Paganism does not encourage the act of "missioning." However, we shall send Miss Julie Nyancoat, known to the gods as Spiralis. She will seek to educate the various religious leaders.

Your pagans, are welcome. We have a large earth based religion base. I am sure that you will feel most welcome here. We look forward to meeting with you.

edit: wrong nation, edited post:

((The following is under the assumption that we have had missionaries in your nation ever since you IC'ly welcomed them on thursday or friday))

The church has asked us to head up relations with Celeborne. Since you have already agreed to have our missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints dispatched to your nation, we would like to further our relationship, if possible.

We would like to ask that you allow us to build 1 chapel for every 1500 members, and one temple for every 100,000. Of course, we will supply all the funds and blueprints, and it'll probably even help your economy by giving people jobs without your government having to pay for them.

We would also like to know the current membership stats ((how many Mormons are in Celeborne?))

Thank you, and may our relationship continue to thrive.

In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen

You are welcome to purchase land and build your chapels and temples. We will forward permission so long as the land is held in trust by a domestic member or council of your church.

The Hetanu Inikresa will send groups of 5 missoinairies to the 3 biggest cities of your country. All members have of course never been in conflict with the law and are strictly advised to respect local traditions and laws. Every group is led by a Narina, who can be contacted if any problems or cases of misbehaviour occur. Of course, the Hetanu hopes, that this will never happen!
