A Tyrant Reborn...
In the lowest levels of Complex XIV, deep in the Bajoni wastes, a cloaked figure walked up to a vat of liguid. Turning, the figure looked at a white coated individual at a control panel.
"How goes our little project?" the mysterious figure asked.
The white cloaked figure nervously darted his eyes across the panel, "Suprisingly well, madam. The physical prowess has developed perfectly, but there is some question as to the depth of the telekinetic powers."
"We don't need them. As long as the physical image remains the same, we can coach the rest... How long until we can shut down the machine?" The figure looked into the dark vat. A humanoid shape could barely be made out, even with Drow vision.
"It should only be days now." The white clad figure responded, again a nervous tone in the voice.
The dark figure turned and walked towards the end of the room. As the door slid open, a shaft of light beamed across the face for a split second before the door quickly slid back.

Carlos Alveaz, of the Allemondian Intellegence Agency looked at this scene from his digital video camera. Hmm very intresting, He though: Could they be trying to create a superleader to lead thier nation to world domination? Eugenics has always been a illegal since the last Eugenics war where Omblisque Khan tried to rule the world. His clone army had been invincible except for the nape of their necks. He must report this back to HQ for further instructions.

OOC:
Relax, he's a clone, and is controlled by a strong figure in the government. He doesn't have Bandon's memories.
IC:
Base XIV was silent. No one was there, save a handful of guards near the entrance, and two dark figures below, working in the darkness.
"Is everything ready?" the dark clad figure asked, turning to her companion.
"Almost. A few more adjustments... and... yes, we are ready." The white coated figure stepped back, looking over the dark vat once more.
"Begin the process."
The white coated figure turned to a control panel and began typing away at the keys. After a reassuring look to the dark figure, a final code was entered. The vat began to drain, as heating coils lit up around it, giving a sinister firey glow about the normaly pitch black room.
A moment later, alarms went off, as consciousness was invoked on the creature inside. It jerked to life, looking around frantically. More alarms went off, as more suppresents were injected, calming the creature to an almost sleeping state. Its eyes still darted around, trying to pick out images in the dark room. All it could see through the blurry glass were two humanoids with faint red glow across thier face.
As the vat emptied, it began to unseal, letting in the processed air of the military base. The creature, now definately humanoid, stirred as the cool air brushed across its body. As the vat descended into the floor, the man collapsed to the floor. His muscles were not developed enough yet. Two guards came in, and the four figures left the room with the human on a stretcher...

What ever it is it sounds like trouble. Breeding tyrants sounds like a bad situation. We hope that you end this program and destroy any results before you release a Pandora's Box.

The dark figure stood before a doorway in the base. She prepared herself for what she was to see next. After a quiet moment, she pressed the control panel, and the door slid open with a hiss. She stepped inside, adjusting her eyes to the light in the room. As everything came back into focus, she looked around, seeing the thing she was so anxious about standing in the corner. She swallowed her fear, and opened her mouth, "Bandon..." The human slowly turned around, revealing himself...

To wrap up this thread and concentrate on my war:
Bandon 2 is now being trained by a team of Scientists and Psychologists. He is given false memories, as to avoid another Nietzschean incident.
Later, it is revealed that he has super-computer implants in his brain that store tactical and strategic imformation for space-fleet engagements. Obviously, he is being bred to take over as commander of the Fleet, an extremely powerful position in Bajon. Governor Indoril, the "dark figure" appears to be staging a coupe against the defeunct Empress Redoran.
Unknown to all but Indoril, General Sil also supports her, but also desires the Fleet command. Indoril also has the backing of Governor Rone, as long as he is given more power.
It appears that the Empress will be overthrown, but an interesting turn of events will happen.
That will be in another thread, hopefully soon. Bajon is going to change, yet again... but this time for the better...
