Hello magical nations of the world, I am Jake Smithe, advisor to Lord Zoltan.

I am before you today to inquire into the possibilty of finding a mages who are willing to mentor some of our students in the arts of magic, we have chosen 100 men who have been deemed cabable of learning magic.

These young men are to become apprentices in various magical fields so they may start their own Mage Guilds and promote a new age of magic in our nation to please our benevolent leader. They need not be taught by the same nation, we will have them go different ways should one nation not be enough to train them all up to standard...

This said, we will be needing a small amount of information on the places we are sending them for both security and comfort... culture shock can be a terrible thing and we would like to be assured that they are not walking into a potentiously hazardous situation.

So please, help our nation rekindle an old art we once knew in the times of old and help us in our time of need.

Teritora has a rather large Wizards guild headed by a 9,000 year old High Wizard in fact you could find a chapterhouse in very Teritoran Settlement. As a Aprentices they will not likely see the outside walls intil they reach their journeyman Status. Teritorans culturally are really big on honor, chivilary and are very reglious but they generally don't belive on forcing their belives on others. Dueling is common but generally not to the death.

The Kingdom of Weyr has a community of spellcasters numbering in the millions; partly due to recent discoveries that have permitted many more persons to study and employ thaumaturgic energies.

Although not a pre-requirement, we do ask that applicants know general mathematics, and have an understanding of basic physical and organic chemistry. Students lacking in these skills will be required to take the said required courses prior to admission; these courses will be considered as part of their normal training.

The High Council and the National Association of Spellcasters pay for all tuition, residence, and board expenses at The Tower College. We do request that spellcasters trained by our nation are not employed against us at any point.

The Tower is located in the city of Wye, which is the capital of the Kingdom of Weyr. A city of over thirty million [1/4 of our population], it is built on the slopes of Mt. Weyr, located in the northeastern corner of our nation. The Tower is not just an educational facility, but also a complex of research, administrative, and infastructure facilities. The central building of The Tower is over 110 stories high.

The Tower, while only one of the many places in Weyr training students in thaumaturgic theory and practice, is Weyr's best and most prestigious school. Students will live in housing located at The Tower College. Our society is completely open to all cultures and beliefs. We neither do nor will force any resident to conform to any practices or beliefs. This may come as a shock to those coming from closed societies. Individual guides and counselors can be provided upon request in order to help newcomers adjust to their new setting.
