Recently we've been having trouble with Minority Groups among our population who speak local languages, as well as the major languages of Kecha, the current language identified as "Kechan" is really a mix of many European languages, we have decided this must change, we must have a new language that is ours alone, so we have gahtered the best Linguists in the entire H.E.K., and they are at work making a new language for the Kechan people.

what is this about anyway?

Good luck, hopefully your new languge will not nearly be as hard as Teritoran to learn or as confusing for outsiders.

Teritora: From what we have thus far, it looks like it will be similar to Latin, and even harder to learn.

Well concidering the Teritoran Language even driven a few people who tried to learn it mad and its taken most Linguists years to learn it if they can, I would say about any languge would be easier. But if its simplier to latin that will make it easier for Teritorans to learn, your average Teritoran can speak Church Latin besides Teritoran because its used so much in the Royal and noble courts, criminal and civil courts, offical writings, by the church and so its taught in Teritoran schools.

I said it would be somewhat similar, I'm not sure that will make it easy for your people to learn.

The langauge rules would also the same or simliar that is what would make it easier.
