Yeren Wilson and Oracle Gilles look up to each other as they stand, the ball between them on the halfway spot. The Referee blows his whistle, which is barely audible over the screaming fans, but loud enough for Oracle. He passes gently to Wilson who lifts the ball to his left and towards his defence. Tom Miller controlls the ball on his chest and knocks it out left to his teammate John Savannah wo begins moving forward, but with littl pace-looking for a switch pass.

Savannah tries to play it forward Long but it's intercepted by Alex Dunner who charges forward. He looks up, Alan is in space, but played nicely long down to Welldon who knocks it straight back to Parkinson down the right. Parkinson surges forward now about 40 yards from the Pablicostan goal.

Parkinson runs on towards the Pheonix goal, but is met by Dolan. Sticking his leg out he knocks the ball through Parkinsons legs and begins making ground. As he pases the half way line he plays a quick pass right down the right which Ed Long controlls on the edge of the box and stops. He watches Wilson run fast into the box and then whips the ball in low.

Ball get's thrug to Wilson drives the ball low and hard to wards to the goal but Edwards gets a hand to it knocking it just passed the post. That was lucky for TBF, they could have gone 1-0 down only about 40 seconds into the game. Anyway, Atkinson lines up the corner, flies high into the box....

The Ball goes right to the back post where yeren Wilson is waiting. The tall, allmost gigantish striker leaps high into the air and gets a powerfull header, sending the ball low towards the oposite post. When he hits the ground he falls in a heap to an elbow of an unnoticed Belmorian, looking up to see how is header did...

he sees that it has fallen into the hands of William Edwards. William Edwards boots the ball long to Parkinson who shuffeles it through to Dunners. He waits. Back to T. Belmroe though, who tries the attack again across to Goshawk who sweeps it through to Welldon. Welldon controls it, plays it back to Goshawk on the edge of the pitch, curled towards the center but easily collected by the keeper.

The keeper throws it long to Clayton in the center circle, how flicks the ball arround Dunner, spins and takes it well. He sprints on and comes to the TBF defence. As he approaches he swivel chips the ball over the rigid defenders ,[swivel kick = When you approach on the right of the ball and bring your left foot behind you to strike the ball on your right] The ball quickly deendes right onto Wilsons knee. He controlls it in the air and turns away from his marker, Alec Belmore. He smashes the ball with his right foot, sending it way over the bar. But as he holds his head in his hands Alec Belmore delivers a late challenge. Wilson hits the deck as Belmore slides into his legs. Immediatly the referee blows his whistle as TBF players gather round to appeal. But the referee is un-daunted and issues a yellow card to Belmore and cautions Ghandi for arguing.
The ball is set down about 5 yards outside the 18 yard box, and arround it stand three players. On the left Wilson and Clayton, and on the right Gilles. Clayton was stoood a little further back as the primary free-kick taker, but Gilles look set to take it. Gilles made a dahing run straight over the ball, swinging at the turf. The wall split in two as they leapt to stop the ball, but Clayton had a plkan. As they began to decends he struck it with such power that he fell down, to watch his shot in slow motion. He saw the ball heading just outside, way off the wall. But then the curl kicked in, and a beautifull one at that. Ther ball swept right back towards the left and dissapeared behins the goal. Now Clayton could only know if he had scored his 74th freekick by the cheers of the crowd.

And it was in, the home fans went wild. Pablicosta after 7 minutes had scored. Edwards held his hands. They had gone down early, one of the worst case scenarios.
Welldon restarted the game from the center. They needed to hit them straight back to remain in the match to all effectiveness, played down the wing to Goshawk nutmegs Dolan with the style of Sir Stanley Matthews next to the cornor flag plays it high into the center, Alan Belmore gets it to his head, he looks up the ball was....

Bouncing off the post and and..oh, it rolled along the line-with the keeper down it was a straight race between Welldon and Mills. Who would get it. They raced closer and closer untill MIlls cut right accross the path of Welldon and only just stayed on his feet. As he re-aligned he saw Welldon abbout to reach the ball and then it was in,. 1-1 after only 12 minutes, what a game.
Clayton kicked off and played it out right to Long who knocked his way arround two defenders with nifty footwork before finding Juni in the center with a good ball. Juni went to volley the ball but noticed Wilson well inside the box and unmarked, so he hit the ball to him, right on his head but sent it right accross goal to Belmore.
Belmore sprant up the pitch alone and took a long shot from arround 30 yards which went well wide-resulting in Unatic throwing the ball out. Right to the feet of Atkinson, who chipped it short to Clayton. Clayton passed Dunner and played it well to the inside, Juni chipped it to the left. Atkinsons picked it up well and took it past Parkinson before exucuting a perfect flick over and volleying the ball forward. the crowd cheered as Gilles stood on the edge of the box, the ball coming at him, head hight. he flipped, swung his legs and bang, struckt the ball-overhead kick.

As the ball flied wildly over TBF had time to rest and regroup. Edwards passed it out to Tom who plays it forwards to Dunners, Dunners plays it back to Daniel, good man marking by the Pablicostans. Daniel gets it through to Parkinson, runs forward a bit, then gets it through to Alan, but tightly marked he has to play it across to Goshawk. Goshawk controls it and playes it back to Tom. Tom boots it upfield where it is collected by Welldon, Welldon plays it into Alan who barges his way into the box put plays the ball straight into the keepers hands.

The keeper throws it direct to Mills, who plays it high to Clayton. Clayton spins past his marker and executes a perfect flick over to go past another. Now faced with the Belmores in defence he flicks it up for himself, pauses and swings his right leg behind his left and knocks the ball over the tight defence, now he was one on one. He looks up, sees the keeper on his line as he steps into the box. He skillfully knocks the ball to the air and goes to hit it as Alec Belmore falls into him after sprinting back. The referee approaches and helps Clayton up as Belmore begs. The ref looks forgiving but stares at Belmore and points to the spot, but leaves belmore without a booking. 'not this time'.
The ball is on the spot and Clayton is ready to take. His typical powerfull shot looks on the cards-but maybe he could use his skil. the crowd were silent. Then, he began his run, sprant and smack. Sent the ball flying to the top left. The keeper lept and got a hand to it, before landing in a crippling way on the hard floor. As Clayton watched, Gilles sprant foward and connected with the ball sending it right across the face of the goal and... [in/ wide]

Edwards looks up and sees Wilson, then the ball and..
He slides across just as Wilson connects with the ball, taking Wilson down, puit forcing the ball out fo a corner-well defended.
Clayton knocks the ball into the near post, where Wilson nods it on into the box. Juni looks set to hit the voley but the ball is cleared well by Ghandi, straight downfield to the feet of Price.

Price, plays it across to Goshawk, runs down the line, good takle by Miller and it goes for the throw. Price, throws it to Goshawk and this time he gets a good run down the wing. Pauses, he has Dolan infront of him, so plays it back to Price who gets it across to Dunner who swiftly gets it across to Parkinson. Bustles his way into the box, back to Welldon, slipped through to Belmore, plays it towards the goal across the ground, the keeper dives for it......
