OOC: The Taliban only exists as a failed dictatorship on NS. And who would name their nation after a breeder region? :?

The government of South Dalania recognizes Omar Fubar's administration as well as recognizing the new government of -Taliban as a sovereign nation.

South Dalania will commit a force of three hundred and fifty peacekeepers (to be allotted as things calm in Western Navascuez) as well as offering to help fund part of the re-construction efforts in the country.

Provided electricity is restored, the government would like to offer ten thousand personal computers for educational use in -Taliban.

We also need economic assistance.

I believe the following steps should be taken and Taliban must comply.

1. That they must turn over all government documents
2. That they must accept military presents in there country for 3 NS years
3. That they allow the Coalition the right to search all hiding places for more terrorists
4. That the Coalition gets to salvage all destroyed military and Osomia's convoy to add weopens and 50 percent metal to there countrys reasources as the other 50 percent to the Taliband

Keam will repair all power plants that it damaged.
