Seeks Corpo-Nation Assistance(Reuters)-
In an attempt to search the ocean floor of the Black Sea for oil deposits the government of Romania and Moldova has announced it is sending out an offical plea to all Corporate Nations or Corpo-Nations. The assistance of Capitalist nations is also sought but to a lesser degree than from the Corpo-Nations. Currently the Romanian government has fallen short on funds with attempts to modernize the downsized military while keeping up with the repair and rebuilding of the nations infustructure. When asked why a CorpoNation President Ion Iliescu responded with "We want a joint venture, we dont want another nation in which we may have to contest the oilfields with if they become expansionist, we want a secure legally binding contract.
When asked about other government projects which were waiting to get off the ground President Iliescu responded with, "We will deal with things one at time until more funds can be attained. It is for the best that we keep things in line and have a set goal for the future. Nations who try to tackle to much to fast will find themselves deep in debt before they can ever even get off the ground." It is yet to be seen just how many nations if any respond to the potential buisness venture. If no nations step forward with an offer of assistance the project may get put off to the side until sufficant funds can be found.
