In current news, we do actually know where he is. He's fleeing in a small caravan headed South, and we are headed(us 15) to attempt to capture him and turn him over to Hutu or your nation. It could be a decoy, but considering the stress of the situation, we highly doubt it.

We have rescued the legitimate leader of Taliban, President Fubar, just as Bin Laden was going to have him executed but it looks like Fubar is more popular than Bin Laden.
