We have yet to establish much contact with Vortex, but you are certainly welcome.
OOC: I don*t remember exchanging embassies, but that is also welcome.
I, Chancellor Kyle Abraham of DePaul, would like to attend. If it is ok with you I would also like to bring along my 2 colonial governors and my 2 allied leaders.

I cannot arrive until Monday, for our elections take place tomarrow- after I get everything sorted out then I will be sure to attend. (My term doesn't expire until January however.)
