*A soldier walks over to the guard house, and tells the attendent some news. The attendent's eyes widens, as he radios "And let the children come unto me". Across the Triunal Wohlstand republic, soldiers ease back, and change the signs on their guard towers and houses to "All peoples of the world are welcome" instead of the "Wohlstand is close" which has hung for nearly a year now. A man near one the guard towers smiles, and hugs the soldier and speaks in his language "Thank you sir, I have long seeked refuge, and now I have found it". The soldier smiles and leads the man to a registration office near by, to perhaps recieve his citizenship into Wohlstand. Miles away, Anthony Moss, steps up to his podium, in the capital of the Triunal Republic of Wohlstand, and speaks unto the people*

"It has been awhile since we have opened ourselves to the world, and now I stand before you, to announce, we are once against opening our arms unto the world. Rejoice, for Wohlstand is the land of all peoples and races! We shall love our neighbors, and harbor the persecuted innocents of the world. This is the message of Wohlstand, and that is what we will uphold! Gleichberechtigung, Frieden, Ünd Gesundheit"
