One of Candles pledges was to improve the nation's low economy, and is blaming these "Invaders" For putting a strain on the economy.

The immigrants are doign more to your country then just riuning your economy. The fact that they are illegal also makes them a black scar on your with regards to international politics. That wall you have constructed wasn't going to keep anything out. If you're going to place a wall somewhere, you also need guard towers. Not only would the boarder guards create jobs, they would also prevent illegal aliens from entering your nation unchecked. If they want to live in your nation, then they can apply for citizenship, if you let them. You said that they were found shot, well, then this would also reduce crime in your nation. If they're being shot in your nation, then it's your problem, but if you shoot them while they are trying to get in your nation, then you're increasing your jursidiction area and making them the other nation's problem.
So my advice to you is: Place boarder guards along your national boundary, issue a statement to the other nation that anyone trying to illegally enter your nation will be shot on site, and keep the people out who feed off of society while giving nothing back in return. (This statement in simply saying that why should illegal immigrants get rights and wellfare, when they aren't productive citizens?) (Note: I am not saying that all illegal immigrants are not productive, but the majority are)

Our days of open door immigrantion are over, these wall's are just the first prevention of these "Aliens" entering our country.
We would also like to remind you, that border post's and regular patrols are begin enforced as best as they can, but they create more of a drain on our weak economy, and however best we defend our border's as can be expected and small percentage always slips through the net.
So for the reason any suspicous figure's on the border are shot with a warning, we must teach these aliens a lesson, and hopefully soon they will recieve the messge.
