'The Billionaires Club' seeks new nations.
The Billionaires Club (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_region/region=the_billionaires_club) is seeking new member nations. We are a newly formed region looking to make our place in the world. The only stipulation for membership is to have reached a population of over one billion. We welcome any and every nation who has reached this milestone. We understand that it takes time to reach the one billion mark, and we are open to probationary membership for nations who are close to reaching one billion citizens.

So far, the Club has decided the delegate position by an "I'll Endorse You, If You Endorse Me" policy, allowing the server to decide the delegate. However, as the region grows, such policies can be negotiated.
