It is a great :idea: lets make a list of all the most representative religions in the world and let all the nations choose it's own religion.

CATHOLIC? ISLAMIC? NEW AGE? JEWISH? or something else? :)

But many nations choose to create new and funky religions... and you make little to no sense.

You are welcome to send missionaries to Celeborne . They can find assistance from the stake missionaries LDS already has there.

My major religion is Krakunium, that is that 0.06% of my population follow it. The religion basically worships the giant squiddy thing, Krake. The rest of the population do not believe in any religion

why ONE 'national' religeon

if a nation chooses to adaopt and have a state religeon that's one
thing. i certainly hope no one is advocating forcing us all to do so.

it might be fun to name the top three most
and bottem three least
populous beliefs in you country though

in the world of my dreams the top three of religeons that exist currently
on this earth would be taoist, agnostic, and baha'i
(all of them togather adding up to only slightly more then 30% though)
with christersim and islam shairing the last one tenth of
one percent

in my i.c. carlemnaria the most dominant single belief
is the nalanuthu of lananra
meaning quite litteraly 'way in the mountains' with strong parallels
to taoism, shintoism, and indiginous traditions and
heavily borrowing some institutional concepts from the baha'is
also among the world of lananara's curiousities, and perhapse found
in carlemnaria as well, is the nalanuto sect, having a tradition of litteral underground construction.

for a majority of carlemnarians, belief consists simply of
'being nice to the little spirit that lives down by the creek'
and not otherwise really making any kind of a big deal about it.

(carlemnarians do have a love of personal computers and little
narrow gauge trains nearly analagous to american's
love bordering on worship of automobiles and television)
