Oil? Gas? Glue?
There recently has been a discovery of a wierd substance under the earth on the outskirts of Cheeseduck. It appears to be a blue, gooey, somewhat viscous liquid-like gunk. The reserve is large, so if any one would like to help research it, I could offer some for free, if you are willing to share your results. All my scientists have been putting there heads together for days, and all we can discern from our experiments is that it is combustible only in sunlight (natural or artificial) and it seems to have no freezing point.

We would like to assist you too research this substance. if it is found to be narcotic or dangerous it would be better for the world to know of its danger. For the task we would like to put 200 of our top chemical analysts on the job. We would also like to donate 34 million dollars to the reasearch of the substance
Thank you Lapse, and IF it is something profitable, you will certainly get a good share in it. I am curious, after your remark about narcotics, as to the effects it will have on the human body if ingested, sniffed, smoked, injected, etc. If you know of any "volunteers" in your country to add to the 1600 in my prisons, you could "ask" them to join in the research. I'm the head of a relatively new nation, and it may take some time to get the drugs ok'd and the kids addicted, so we could use some help in that area as well. But if there is no way to make narcotics from it, I am sure our scientists can find some way to make it profitable.
And anyone else who wants a piece of this, feel free to speak up.

We have found 3400 volunteers of various ages in our nation who are eagre to take part in this test. And just for the record im doing this to prevent harm coming to people who may use it. The volunteers will be transported to your nation aswell as the scientists immediatly. These people will also bring the money with them.
