We of Pets Unlimited would like to introduce you to our newest product: the Orion Mu!

http://invisionfree.com:54/129/44/upload/p242.gifhttp://invisionfree.com:54/129/44/upload/p240.gif

The Orion Mu is perfect for ANYONE! Cute, multi-colored, the Orion Mu is a companion of finest quality. Its calm demeanor also gives way to a vicious aggressiveness when it or its owner is provoked, making it the perfect guard animal. Besides, who would expect such power out of this thing?

Previously, such creatures could only be seen within the Empire, but now, for the reasonable price of 10,000 Imperial Credits each, you can have your very own Orion Mu. The only downside is that the Mu's flesh is quite poisonous, meaning no feasting on it. However, who would ever want to eat those cute little things?

We welcome orders, the limit is five per deal.

The director of the company was quite astonished and somewhat confused. For one thing, the lady repeated herself when she said "Good evening" without even letting him get a response in. Also, she mentioned "mailing" as in letters. Such technology hadn't been used by the Empire for centuries. He didn't know what to tell the lady.

OOC: The good evening repitition is a typo. Sorry about that. As for mailing, Joven is a rather backward nation who only recently entered into national affairs. They still use a mailing system, and the deligate automatically assues that most countries do.

This fare creature rivals even that of our national animal, the "Combat Womat." While the wombat may be cute... its ferocity when fighting is unparalled. That's why we have yet to market the creature to the universe, we fear it will tear apart the owners.

Anways, I'm sure the Emperor would love to see a creature of such epic cuteness. We shall take one... in the color of... blue.

Thank you.

A young man arrives with a formal document in hand, and a pet carrier with a Mu pering back out.

To the individuals selling the creatures labled Mu. Please be advised that the animals are now banned from being bought or sold within the Confederacy of Lords, or any Lord, Citizen, Peasent, or Military Officer of the Confederacy without a licence. We have discovered that your creatures do not interact well with some of our population. We hope that you will be helpful in maintaing this ban. I must also note that some creatures find the skin non-poisonus. Although the effects are still...dangerous.
The Secretary of the Overlord.

P.S. Also I am personally returning this MU as it has been traumatized by recent events. The armsman will pay for a replacement but this creature now has a fear of the dark, ovens, sharp objects, Woks, stuffed animals, the smell of balsalmic vinagar, lizards, and any creature over two meters tall. It tends to react violently, attempting to flee in a bezerk manner. Please find it a good home.

The Mu being returned seemes to have some scorched fur, a bite out of one ear, (that on closer examination is actually looks like a acid burn) and looks like it has taken a trip through hell, (which as far as the Mu is concerned it has).

Questions asked by SLAGLand Scientists

1. Diet

The Orion Mu is an omnivorious species that by definition eats both plants and animals. A scavenger, the Mu does not ususally kill its prey, although it is quite capable of it.

2. Breeding patterns

The Orion Mu breeds at five distinct times of the year, rotating yearly. It has been found to be near impossible to predict the exact time breeding occurs.

3. Intelligence - reaction to attempts to train and teach

Mu’s are extrememly individualistic and at times stubborn. While one may embrace training, another may rebel, and yet another may do it but not seem to care.

4. Natural defenses

A Mu’s quick wit, agile body, and small yet sharp teeth are its main defense. A spiteful little thing, the Mu’s flesh is poisonous if ingested and causes death in 99% of all known occurances.

5. Behavior patterns toward trainers, scientists, and other creatures

Following the differences between one animal to the next, some Mu’s take to trainers, scientists, and other creatures well while others fight them off, and some are indifferent.

Question asked by Cheeseduck

6: Do you think they have possible military applications?

The only use I could see would be that of a poison, but that is sick and wrong towards the animals involved.

*Personal Response from the Tercero, Xavier Delryn*

We would enjoy purchasing 5 of these animals, and promise to treat them as they should be treated. We are sending the check with this message now, and wish one of each color.

We would use the both as pets, and to roam the Gardens at night for pest control. Do they react well with other pets, such as dogs? We have a sizable amount of dogs at he palace, both for patrolling and as pets. Also, what do they eat?
