Estonia,Latvia,Belarus,Georgia,Azerbaijan,Armenia,Lithuania are allowed to be independent.

Except the Ukraine. The Ukraine has always been a vital part of Russian Forces and many have died for the protection of that state.

The two nations are IC in a state of cold war and the border between them(Map (http://home.earthlink.net/~alpha_zero_usm/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/europe-map.jpg)) is a no mans land. They ere once allied and now Bagger is ruled by a former Crimmond general and wants to take back his homeland. He just doesn't have the power and Crimmond doesn't have any reason to wipe ot Baggera unless Baggera starts something along the border.

STAEMEMNT FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE BELARUSSIAN STATES

We wish to congratulate the historic decision taken by President Putin of the Russian Forces in regognising the changing times in eastern europe and formally recognising the right of the former soviet nations to Independant rule.

We would like to inform Russian Forces that we do occupy the Baltic States. Here is a map:
