Good thinking :) You might be able to handle the spreadsheet bit easier, as I have 1-2-3 which occasionally dislikes Excel files. (Not the FHWC2 spreadsheet though - thanks TBF!:)) I would do the logo as I like logo design and am reasonably good at it ;)

KP: Kaza World Cup Stadium (15,000 to be expanded to 20,000)
Taqizerr Gateway Bay Field (16,000, new stadium)
Farela Archway Centre Hockey Field (9,000)
Quarua Hockey Lake Stadium (7,000)
Storavora Screwdriver Arena (6,500)

(of these five, Kaza and Quarua were used in FHWC2, the former for the final.)

32 teams is the plan if possible, though 24 will be used otherwise.

The KP/LE plan involves 32 teams in eight groups of four, working identically to the football/soccer World Cup. So there's potentially even more space than you think... ;)

32? Sounds optimistic, unless you're planning a long hiatus (FHWC5 is already over) or a puppet-heavy Cup.

16 and 32 > 24 (duh, not mathematically true but you know what I mean. Easier to do a tournament of 16 or 32)
