The Belarussian Govenrment has wanrned that the EC-Cardassia crisis threatens to esculate to the eastarn regions of Europe and has called on the International Community to Interviene.

Members of the Assembly, it is with regret that I must announce that assasination of the Governor General of New Spartha_, Ricardo Fontes.

This is more proof of the dangerous times we are living in and the esculating crisis in New Spartha shows just how vounerable our nations really are.

I am sure you will all join me in expressing our deep sadness to the people of New Spartha and to the family of Ricardo Fontes.

I ask you to aprove the emergency motion for a Humanitatian Assistance Force to be sent to New Spatha imediatly.
