The Sultan of Scaraba, for amusement purposes, has announced a worldwide zinger and one-liner contest. The best zinger or one-liner will be rewarded with all the bragging rights you can eat. In the interest of fairness, there will be no comedians from Scaraba entering. However, the contest is open to every other nation on the face of the earth. This contest will only be on for the next 36 hours. And remember, the Sultan is a fickle audience. Seemingly inconsequential flubs can reflect harshly upon a nation. Beware! And semper ubi sub ubi, even though the Sultan never does.
