"Yes, Alexander." Alyanndra busied around him, telling aides and underlings their business. "Your Highness, wouldn't you like to go down as a visionary? The man who took a stand for what was right?"
Alexander sighed. "Very well. I expect military performance to remain the same. God knows it should increase morale."
"Yes, now if I may ask, what WMDs are we renouncing?" Minister for the Armed Forces, Edmund Hyacinth, asked. "Chemical, biological, radiological?"
"Yes, that's right. CBR. We don't have any nuclear weapons. Now, after this is done, get the warlabs working on napalm and Greek Fire. I want more Seasprays in our arsenal too, once this is done."
"Of course, m'lord... sir, the camera crew is here."

My fellow Roanians, I come to you today to announce a new path for the Legions to take. I hereby renounce weapons of mass destruction, and vow that so long as I rule, there will be no seeking them.
We hope that the international community will join us in this. Finally, I am pleased to state that The Most Holy Principality of Roania will soon apply for CENNA membership, in the hope that in that way, we may serve our Overlady better.

OOC: I wouldn't trust anyone who declares...I'm WMD free except for maybe Terran Sphere or a few of the other social 'do gooder' nations. Then I still would find it hard to fathom...

Xanthal admires any nation that can renounce WMDs. We are in fact ashamed to admit that we are too insecure to part with ours. It is a dangerous universe, and we must protect ourselves. Still, we have reduced our WMD load to less than 1% of what it was twenty years ago, so we are making progress.
