The government of Russia knows that Pure Evil is one of our greatest allies ever and the people respect Pure Evil so much but we ask for one thing. It is true that our two nations fought for it in a long time ago. We request that Southern Azerbaijan will be returned to Russian Forces control. We also think this will be a relief for Pure Evil from deploying so much troops there in the past.

While keeping South Azerbaijan does cost us, actually keeping it is far more important strategically to us than the material maintance of it is.

Unfortunatly a cold withdrawl South Azerbaijan is not possible at this time.
