Seeking a Multi-function Cannon Defense system

Having recently moved into a new system, the planets of Noc'tur, Sephraan and Noril'sk are practically defenseless, guarded only by the majestic 1st, 2nd and 4th Fleets, with the 3rd Fleet running a System Border Patrol. We are seeking a multi-function planetary defense network.
This network can be a cannon system, a laser system, a missle battery, etc. It must be strong enough to withstand heavy fire and still defend a planet. We are willing to spend trillions on such a project to insure the security and well-being of the citizens of Noc'tur, Sephraan and Noril'sk.
We were aiming for more of a Magnetic Accelerator Cannon/Plasma Cannon system. We will spend trillions and even give things in return for your help.

Christ, how hard is it to find a multi-trillion dollar planetary defense system nowadays?

Why not a Defence Station? I mean if your willing to pour millions into a project, instead of "cannons" surrounding the planet...just have one "massive" Defence Station. The one I use has ample room for a rather large fighter contingent as well as several docking bays for warships. If you want, I can dig up the specs. on the one I built?

Well, I've already formed the Liberty Fleet, a 48-ship fleet of modified Chaos Capital Ships piloted by the best damn crews ever, commanded by the best Admirals of the FHSFC. I'm about to make a post on it.
I don't want a defense STATION. I want a system that can fire at any moment.
We're implanting a new massive defense system around our Craftworld, called "The Waist of Melian", we could have shared the secret with you, but you look like a Chaos Idolator to me, so....

hey, i am Judicator Lucius Eques Dei of the UND, and i own a large part of the Omega Clan Corperation. we recently began designing a very nice defensive shield called the firestorm generator, you may have heard of it or not, but if you are willing to give us some funding, we can have a modified design to fit your exact specifications with full schematics and everything so you can produce them yourself and we will even produce the first ones for you so you can install them immediently. just wire me a telegram of what you think of the idea.
