Jake:"You are watching NNN, Neonic News Network. Todays top story is that while Emp. Ryo-Tan was leaving for The Colonial Neonic Republic of Okenia for a meeting with other memebers of the UNISEC alliance, protesters gathered outside the Imperial Palace to protest agianst the Inquistion. An hour later, the police where in a firefight with several protesters on one side, trying to stop the protesters from climbing over the walls around the palace, and to stop them from nearly burning a church.

The protesters are demanding that the Holy Neonic Inquisition be disbanded, and compisation paid to the families. They claim that "purging" pregnent teens, old men, college professors, whole families, and many other "inoccent" heretics is agianst God and Jesus. They claim that while some of the so-called heretics killed where really deserving of death, none of the heretics deserve to be killed with no trail.

Also, last night, the Inquisition targeted and killed William Tillet, head of The Organization Agianst the Murdering Inquisition (TOAMI). Many protesters claimed that this was organized by the Inquisition to halt the aqusations.

When Emp. Ryo returned, he listened to the prtoesters, and promised to do something about the inquisition. For NNN, I'm Jake, and that's my story."

This news is most distressing after the Court Of The Holy Republic agreed to allow Neonic Bishops to make an official visit.

Bloody inquisitional behaviour would certainly not be welcome in Hortulus, and it is sincerely hoped that this is understood.

The Hortulun Pontiff has, through the Court, called for calm, and a reassessment by the Inquisition of its core values.

Man: "In order to enlighten Neo Earth and the international communtiy about the true evils of the Inquisition, we are going to show you the tape we showed Emp.Ryo-Tan. The tape that gave his Holy Majesty a thing to think about:"

A neonic soldier, wearing the red of the Inquisition, slowly moves threw a dark building. She is followed by a squad of 5 inquisitors, and the one caring the camera. They slowly advance up the stairs. THey finally come to a dorr, with just a pinch of light peaking from it's top. The soldier starts counting down, and then busts through the door. Inside is a old college professer. He is suprised and frightened by the soldiers' sudden appearence.

"Thomas Jackson," the sergeant reads from a document.

"Yyyy-es," the shaking man replies.

"You have been convicted of Heretic-beliefs," The inquisitor read. "The inquisitor council has deemed you a heretic, and that you be purged for the sake of humanity."

Before another breath is taken, bullets fly into the man.

Ryo: "I come before all of you to state that indeed, what the TOAMI represenative said was true. The inquisitor did indeed kill the wrong man. However, over 93% of all heretics purged have been proven to worship heretic beliefs.

I wish to express to the international community that the Neonic Religion does not support the killing of heretics as the Inquisition is doing. I will soon make a set of regulations about the Inquisition based of the teachings of my Great-Great-Grandfather, The Prophet Coran.

The Sultan of Scaraba is appalled at such heinous religious intolerance. Political and religious persecution is an affront to basic human decency, and the Sultan wonders how the Church can 'splain their actions to "Bob" the divine head Slackmaster, whereupon they meet "him". "Bob" doesn't take kindly to intolerant fanatics who don't belong to the one true, but inherently bogus Church of the Subgenius.
