OOC: Economy = Basket Case
It says my economy is at "basket case" level...Is that good or bad?

Pretty bad I'd say.
It's pretty low on the ranking list.
I had a feeling it was. My economy was at "Imploded" and then the issue came out about saving the economy. Is "Basket Case" better than "Imploded"?

Basket Case is a notch above Imploded.
Thanks. Someone, on accident, confused me on an issue (Microcosm) and I picked the wrong the wrong issue which broke up the monopoly and that obliterated my economy. (Which is why I made that post asking for donations to build a new stadium)
