Prince Ryan uth Elood VI, the Absolute Ruler of Mezoprincapala looked at the reports and accepted what he saw. The Churches of Teritora and Tordor lead a massive army against Mezoprincapala, an army armed with weapons made defunt by gunpowder. "This is a sick joke." Prince Ryan said outloud from the Golden Peacock Throne, a throne made out of solid gold and encrusted with thousands of precious stones no one had ever counted.

The Prince glanced in a crystal mirror by his side, his rare pure European heritage was clearly visible, much different than the bulk of his nation which was Arabic/European Mix or pure Arabic. "The Lady Catherine is of the usual mixed heritage but it never really mattered to anyone in our nation." the Prince thought for a second of escape before asking, "How close is the enemy fleet to our waters?" his Royal Chamberlain Dis Geraldo answered, "They will reach our national waters in 48 Hours but our Air Force and Naval Forces will deal with them, our military will kill off any that make it to shore."

The Teritoran fleet continued sailing towards Mezoprincapala on a steady course for the coast.

3 Su-37-1818s approach the Territoran fleet at the same time as two more approach the Tordoran fleet.

The leader of the ELDERS group (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=79581&highlight=), Jace Sa'Fyre, transmits a quick message to both fleets. "This is the Raysian Expeditionary Force ELDERS group, we have a message to give to you, it is also on its way to your capitals. Standby."

A recording of an urgent message plays to the two fleets, and is also relayed to Mezo, Tordor, and Teritora.

"This is Government President Nathaniel M. Hatch, of The United Order of Raysia. We demand to know what the meaning of this war is. From my point of view, it looks like you guys are picking on a small Religious nation merely because they choose to live by a religion other than your own. That is complete nonsense, and if you do not give us a legitimate reason as to why you are picking on our new friends in Mezoprincapala, then we will be forced to intervene.

"Thank you, and please respond quickly."

After that ends, the planes pull away into a distant circling pattern, waiting for a reply to send back, recorders online.

Also the only way in hell you could contact those ships since they are almost off the coast or at anytime contact those churchships would be by the old way, signal flags. I thought such things were common knowolage, any navy, sailing man or maritime or naval historian could tell you that.

The fleet entered Mezoprincapala Teritoral waters with a strong steady wind behind them propeling them towards the shoreline. Armored men could be seen as priests conducted mass where there was room to.

Gen. Boros Digglet looked at the latest reports while having a cup of tea at his comfortable office in Newer Port, the third largest city in Mezoprincapala and picked up the phone and gave the order. "Bomb them, let no ship escape."

A Few Minutes Later:

The skies of the port cities of Mezoprincapala were filled in one unexpected moment with the sound of planes taking off from the nations airbases. Hundreds of bombers and jet fighters of all types were sent out to destroy the enemy fleet, they were to let none escape alive and if a few did the marines would play mop up on the pristine beaches of the nation.

The Teritoran Church Fleet ships began to trim their sails at the approach of the Planes began evasive manuvers as they moved to where they could began to land troops, it was likely many would not make it but in a such a vast fleet like this many would.

In the vast Tordoran Church fleet they were also taking evasive manunvers as they aproached to where they could began to unload troops, many would fall and it was likely the sea would turn red with the blood of the fallen but they would continue, for their faith they could no less. It would be a grim day.

OOC:Oh yes these types of thing are always sickening, I think your pilots and marines are going to have nightmares for years as will any surviving Teritoran or Tordoran... if their is any.

Why has it come down to this madness? Why can there not be peace for the True Catholics?" Ali asked in his heart to God while a single tear fell upon the report of the invasion of Mezoprincapala.

Salta, Hall of the Conclave of Houses:

Princess Catherine, the new wife of Prince Ryan sat next to where her husband was sitting a moment before as he began to wrap up his announcement to the Conclave of the invasion of the Principality. What greeted the end of the speech was something that was rare for the Hall. Silence. A silence so deep that one could hear the collective heartbeats of everyone in the room. The hundreds of representatives from the Houses both Great and Minor were quiet as the information of both the invasion and what would obviously happen sunk in.

Then Catherine knew that the combination of relief and of saddness at the slaughter that would occur would well up in the hearts of everyone here. It was inevitable.

OOC:To make it easier at this point I am going to post for Tordor and Teritorans ships and men into the survivers reached the shore.

As the fleet sailed holes were blown in ships as the Planes attacked however the truely disturbing part that truely stuck in the people who saw its minds and was one of the things that would give people nightmares for the rest of their lifes was that the people onboard the sinking ships while bloodied many dieing did something truely disturbing. Instead of trying to save themselves they were conducting a final mass as the ships sank into the deep and their blood turned the sea red. They knew with their armor on they would not be able to swim to shore or swim at all for long. They knew they would die and better to die with their souls safe. The huge fleet continued on even the horror continued with the scenes repeated as they finally stopped and began unload troops onto great long boats.

Airforce Bombardment:

Cedric tried not to look into the faces of the dead and dying as he continued to lead the 54th in the aerial bombardment of the Enemy Fleet. Within a few minutes a few of the other squadrons began to fire missiles at the ships rather than using machine gun fire.

Northern Coast:

The Northern Coasts of the nation to where the enemy fleet would arrive (what little was expected to survive) was literally churning with the massive buildup of Naval Forces in the water and on the sandy white beaches of Mezoprincapala the armed forces of the Great and Minor Houses plus the National Army waited to do any needed mop up.

In the Port Cities of the Northern Coast the city militias were on full alert and marched with the troops on the streets of the famous port cities of Newer Port and Caligraphy while the Warships of Mezoprincapala sat in the harbors, waiting.

IC: M.S.S. Jadeakiss

Captian Tiberius Ogden of the M.S.S. Jadeakiss watched as both his ship and the entire fleet gained a lock on the Longboats that were trying to reach the shoreline. "Shall we open fire sir?" the First Mate asked as their artillery got the lock. "Aye, open fire." Tiberius answered. Within an instant the Jadeakiss was the first ship to open fire upon the enemy, a minute later as the Jadeakiss was firing the rest of the fleet followed suit. The Naval Bombardment had begun. During all this from the start helicopters from the various news organizations were watching every minute of the war and send the broadcasts live to the television sets of the entire world.

The shells splashed down around the longboats as they approached the shore and here and there longboats were destroyed mostly the naval guns missed the boats and 38,000 reached the shore where to the shock of the people watching they began to hold another mass. Alrightly all but the sadistic monsters watched would be sicken to watch the slaughter and would have nightmares for life, expecally as those aboard the sunk ships hadn't even fired Arrows or crossbows back at the planes or used the Bassitla that was aboard each ship in defense. They had been slaughtered without firing back and those who had when down with the ships had been praying calmly as their ships sank into the deep and their armor dragged them down.

As the planes and naval forces continued to bomb the ships the ground forces looked at the enemy troops holding mass. They stood still and watch for several minutes before two of the Generals then issued the order to attack. For what seemed forever no one fired or even moved until a single man, a man who's name no one would ever know opened fire. It started a chain reaction as the Mezoprincapalaian troops began to attack the Teritora/Tordor troops upon the soil of the nation. The ground war had begun.

However even as the enemy shot at them and horses and men fell, even the knights after numerious bullet rounds hit them, they continued their mass intil it was finished even as the soldiers to their nightmares and likely even of the generals, gunned down men who did not even fight back. By then their was only 20,000 Church solders clad in chainmail and riding horses also clad in chainmail and they with long riding spears and short broad swords. Also their was 7,000 remaining knights with great War Horses, both clad in fine Steel Plate Armor and armed with lances, Broadswords and other knightly melee weapons. As one they mounted their horses after the mass was over and even as the last of the priests were gunned down, they gave a war cry in Church latin. For the Tordorans it was, "For God and Saint Dernsemi!" For the Teritorans it was, "For God and Saint Vorensi!"

OOC:Basing on the knights not falling easly do to the fact of seening a modern hight caliber combat rifle, which while having a much slower firing rate than the assault rifle has a range of 200 yards compared to the asssaults 40 to 60 yards accurate rangel long with a much larger bullet it uses and that it backs more a punch, I saw fired at 40 yards at a mideval piece of plate armor and the bullet not going through. That given me the Idea that they would not go down easly.

The Mezoprincapalaian Troops sent out a radio call for reinforcements and more ammo as several soldiers began to use their last clips, but the barrage of bullets and now several bazookas did not stop but only continued onward as the Sludgehammer tactic was being used to the max by General Arnold Q. Buford.

While a few hundred church Soldiers fell, the charge continued and the nearly 20,000 and the 7,000 knights were soon among the Mezoprincapala troops, striking like the wraith of the god as they into mixed into the Mezoprincapala troops.

Several soldiers fought back using the most basic weapon issued to Mezoprincapala Military Personel, the scimitar. The rest continued to use guns and two who were on a more elevated plane began to use flamethrowers upon the enemy troops where it was safe to do so.

The backup forces would be there in 15 minutes.

The mounted Church Solders and knights however were alrightly mixed into the Mezoprincapala troops, if anyone was even going to use a short ranged nonmelee weapons they would most likely hit their own people as well and by now the church Soldiers and knights had abandaned their lances and were using to brutal effecency their broadswords, maces, hammers and other melee weapons easly used from a mounted seat. The result was utter chaos as the forces fought in a General Melee battle royalev however one of the things that was showing was that the Church Soldiers and knights were armored as well, something that came to play in the melee battle that was raging.

The soldiers continued to use guns as they noticed places in the armor that were weak, another force that gave them aide was the sun that had just reached high noon, and on average the temperature was over a 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Today it was over 104 degrees F. It was to the advantage of the Mezoprincapala soldiers that they were lightly armored as the heatwave began to grow.

The first tank divisions had arrived and the backup forces were only ten minutes away.

OOC:Somehow I don't think there will be many left of the troops that were originally.

The Teritorans continued to fight even as they began to bake in their armor, they would not yeld and they know they were all going to die sooner or later so they were going to take and many of the enemy with them which why they got in close as possable, its nearly impossable to fire a gun accuratlly or not would a soldier be willing to fire when someone is close and attacking them with swords and other weapons, here and there church soldiers fell along once in a while a church knight, but at a high price.(Excuding the tanks and renforcement of course.)
