The Armed Republic of Sino, being a stratocracy has a national anthem known as A Call to Arms (OOC: Which I have no idea how it sounds like, but it is militant and strident). If all TV and radio stations do nothing but play it at full volume on a loop, then it means that war has been declared.

OOC: Yes! It was a tough decision between the two, but I finally decided on Toccata. My nation is based on the works of Poe, so the sound fits so well.

IC: And besides, while the national flag is waving, the citizens should be soluting in solemn reverence, not fretting over whether or not they know the words to the anthem or can hit its high notes!
