Belem is willing to purchase the stock of foreign corporations that have been negatively effected by the recession. Belem's government and largest corporations are willing to pay above average prices for most companies, we are esspically interested in purchasing defense sector stock. Foreign investment will bring a boost to a nations sluggish economy and can perhaps even revitalize a particular industry.
