today will mark an end to all hostilities between the Klingon Jitanese alliance and the romulen empire, the treaty, which will be known as the Accords of Romules, is to be printed here and agreed upon by all nations who participated activly in the war

The Accords of Romules

Article 1: the Romulen Empire will unconditionally surrender all heretofore unknown technolgies to joint Jitanese/Klingon science group, including but not limited to phase cloaking and disruptor technology

Article 2: The Jitanese and Klingon empires will relinquish all land claims inside the Romulen Empire, all those Romulen citizens who were under Jitanese or Klingon law, depending on who first took the ground will be reintegrated into Romulen society

Article 3: Each of the governments involved will deliver a formal apology to the government they offended

Article 4: The Romulen Empire will deliver a fromal apology to the families of the Khitimer dead, as well as an amount of enough to sustain that family without their bread winner

Article 5: the Jitanese and Klingon empires will closely monitor Romulen armed forces and weapons production, which shall not exceed a set limit agreed upon by both empires,

Article 6: the Romulen Empire will be entered back into a three way defensive and trading alliance with the Jitanese and Klingon Empires

we do not accept these accords, there is no set limit on romulan military strength, and no mention of a garrison within the romulen empire to maintain our presence there, further more, we will not enter any alliance with romulen scum, nor will we deliver any apologies!

IC:is a limit of 500,000 men and the remaining ships of the romulen fleet until such time as it is decided that they are no longer a technological threat and can recommence building good enough? and not necessarily an alliance but a non-agression pact? the apology will remain however

the limit is agreed upon, as is the non-agressionpact, but we will not apologize to the romulens!

the apology is a necessary measure, as the war was not entirely just

regardless, the retaliatory attack you launched on them just afterwards was sufficient punishment

no it was all that we could muster at the time, but just to end this thread, the Klingon Empire will reluctantly... apologize for it's more sinister actions,
